Southeast Asia - April 2002

We booked our cruise in November and got a balcony stateroom on a 16 day cruise for what you would have paid for a hotel room alone.  The itinerary took us to many places we had never been before.  We stayed 2 nights in Bangkok before the cruise and 2 nights in Tokyo afterward.  We didn't take many pictures in Bangkok because we had been there before so there aren't any great shots of golden reclining Buddhas.  In Tokyo, Eric Heenan showed us around.  He's been living there for several years working for Cisco and he speaks fluent Japanese.
